The longest and most difficult road that we have chosen to undertake is that of quality. We cover it every day and have reached important objectives in advance of the market.

Constant attention to customer satisfaction led us in 1997 to the certification of the Business Quality System (ISO 9001, certified by SGS ICS).

The road continues constantly over time: the certification has been progressively renewed and currently Rhenus Buccinasco has been confirmed until 2012 under the norms of ISO 9001:2000. We consider it the reference standard for the management of our services.

In June 2005, we became a member of the System Alliance Europe as the first Italian company. System Alliance Europe, an alliance between European distribution businesses, present in 23 countries and including 47 members which are held to the high quality standards of the network, guarantees consistency in high-level services (Information Technology) in all the countries covered.
