Physical distribution is a multi-faceted task which incorporates the whole range of services from collection to delivery. Rhenus operates under the terms and conditions stated in the Physical Distribution conditions 2000.

In the above-mentioned FENEX- and the Physical Distribution terms and conditions the liability of the logistic service provider is limited. It is highly recommended that the shipper arranges his/her own insurance or specifically request that the logistic service provider takes care of the insurance.
