Efficiency and convenience for web based research and online order

With the aid of our Business Networking Platform (BNP) our customers can retrieve or order filed records conveniently from the computer on their desk. Users only need a web browser to work with the system.

 

BNP serves as an online archive. Records already digitized can be displayed directly. “Scan on demand” can be activated for paper documents, and we will create an electronic reproduction of the requested document. Physically stored documents are supplied by our delivery service.

 

As a service level for the provision of documents, a time frame between 2 and 48 hours is generally agreed. Furthermore, each of our document centers provides express access 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

 

Our customers use BNP as a central archive management system since web based research and online orders are independent of the depository of the document. BNP allows for an integrated access to in-house inventory as well as at Rhenus and at third-party service providers.

 

The customer himself may assume the data maintenance, the definition of the access authorization and other administrative tasks.

 

As an alternative to the online system, our customers may obtain the data pool which is required for web based research and online orders also on a data carrier.
