InDoc - the solution for your incoming mail

Rhenus InDoc is the automatic document processing for incoming mail. We process invoices, shipping documents, orders, applications, contracts, motions and customer correspondence, for example. Our incoming mail solutions integrate analog and digital processes including validation and filing.

The Rhenus document fabric guarantees an audit-proof handling with your incoming mail; therefore the regular incoming mail is processed at a Rhenus document center. We set up a P.O. Box for your documents or collect them at your place and assort the correspondence. We sort out potential special cases, process misdirected letters and then prepare the papers for digitization. When digitizing the documents, we can select plain text by optical character recognition (OCR) and make a plausibility check. With the help of the selected information we classify the documents. The papers are indexed automatically or manually. We then make images and index information available in the format as requested and by the transmission path which was agreed upon in advance.

Incoming invoices

The digitization of vendor invoices expedites the processing considerably. All bodies involved have a parallel and thus a significantly faster access to the document while mistakes are avoided. Rhenus guarantees the efficient processing of the documents and thus sets the course for the consistent compliance with deadlines. We readout the name of the supplier, the invoice number and customer ID, the date, the net value and gross amount as well as the bank details and cross-check the data with the vendor and order data. We can submit all details directly to the data processing department in your enterprise.

 

Digital shipping documents

Digital shipping documents provide you with all relevant information already at the beginning of the process. As a result, you have greater control over your deliveries, accelerate the processing of shipping documents and reduce the fault rate. The process can be extended in terms of printing invoices and enclosures
