Full control is vital in sustaining effective and efficient RMA operations but maintaining full control outside the European time zone is almost impossible. Rhenus offers a full scale RMA program, including European warehousing and distribution services. We run your European RMA program and it has proven to be the most flexible solution for many US and Asian companies.
Rhenus will carry the inventory of the replacement parts and will take care of pick/pack, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Orders for replacement parts come in via EDI and are shipped out immediately via on board courier, airfreight or courier. We will coordinate the pickup of the broken parts for consolidation in our distribution facility. Our account managers oversee the operational customs activities (outward processing, drawbacks, etc.).
Dealers/hubs will be able to track and trace the status of their orders themselves, thus diminishing customer service activities. Based on Repair Centre planning and taking customs regulations into account, defective parts will be sent to Asia/US or scrapped.
