In this division, all inland dry cargo transportation by barge is handled. We operate a fleet of about 50 barges with capacities of up to 3,000 tons, covering the whole netwrok of European inland waterways. One of our barges was the first to pass successfully through the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal.

In combination with other Rhenus offices, a total fleet of over 300 units is at our disposal.

Every requirement being different, we customize our services towards producer, importer, trader or stockholder.
